Hey, so. Time to ring down the curtain on this space.
I am super fucking bummed, but Blogger has gradually hollowed itself out, and almost no one is being directed here anymore. I had some plans to unfurl on Patreon later on 2025 anyway, so I decided to move blogging over there, along with all the work I've been doing on Medium (which has also been like pulling teeth, to get people to go there, these days).
I will leave everything that's up here right where it is for the foreseeable future. For future posts, join me here. Free bloggish posts on an intermittent basis, monthly film writing that costs money, and goodies to come.
I loved posting here, and I loved this platform back when it was busy and vibrant. I should've known that the end of Reader presaged the end of all that, but I have never been good at knowing when something is over.
